Resipi Kek Mentega ini mak uda ambik dari buku yg makuda baru beli ....cubala tgk hasilnye....agak sedikit mengecewakan, mungkin teknik yg mak uda buat ada skit silap taapiii......rasanye mmg tak mengecewakan...sedappp dan begitu lembut, hubby mak uda yg tak gemar mkn kek pun ulang mkn 3..4 ketul juga laaa...anak2 pun sama gak dgn ayahnya ....asik ulang2 mkn....so kpd kwn2 mak uda yg ingin mencuba...ini resipinya...
Kek Mentega
Bhn2
250 gm butter
225 gm gula kastor
6 bj kuning telor
4 bj putig telor
2 sudu besar susu pekat manis
250 tepong naik sendiri
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
Cara2
Pukul butter +gula + vanila hingga ringan gebu
masukkan telor sebj2, hingga rata
masukkan tepong sedikit2 gunakan spatula atau senduk kayu
dan akhir sekali masukan susu pekat manis
bakar dlm loyang 8"x8"x3" sehingga masak
